Credits reset each billing month. Unused subscription credits do not roll over.
What each action costs
One action, one price — including everything it produces. A whiteboard lesson is charged once for the explanation and the board, never separately. If the tutor fails, the credits are refunded automatically.
Failed work is refunded
If an upload can't be read or a lesson fails to generate, the hold on your credits is released in full — you are never charged for a broken result.
A session costs about 17 credits
Worked example: a 4-credit step-by-step explanation, an 8-credit whiteboard lesson and a 5-credit practice quiz cost 17 credits together.
